The Hub
Kessy Construction delivered The Hub project from foundation level through to full completion, managing every stage of the build including ground works, structural frame construction, and the installation of a modern steel portal frame system. The works also included forming new internal layouts, mezzanine structures, and integrating high-performance building services to meet current commercial standards.
The completed development provides flexible studio and office spaces designed for a range of occupiers, combining durability with a clean, contemporary industrial finish suitable for creative and R&D-focused businesses.
