Eat Work Art – Hackney Studios
Hackney Downs Studios is a vibrant creative hub in East London, now home to more than 200 flexible workspaces, including studios, co working areas, and commercial units for businesses in film, design, arts, and fashion.
We undertook the construction and fit-out of this dynamic development for Eat Work Art, creating durable and adaptable spaces ranging from individual studios to larger workshops. The site also features a public courtyard with cafés, restaurants, retail units, and wellness facilities such as a yoga studio and gym, bringing together work, creativity, and community.
