We delivered the construction of Hackney Downs Studios, creating a high-quality, flexible workspace environment in East London. The project involved the build and fit-out of a wide range of units, from individual studios to larger workshop spaces, with a focus on durability, functionality, and efficient use of space to support a diverse business community
Kessy Construction transformed the existing basement of The Creighton Centre, including the installation of a lift to improve accessibility and functionality throughout the building. The space was carefully reconfigured and upgraded into a modern, flexible creative studio designed to support artists and community-focused activities
