The EBH project is a carefully designed extension to a historic building, improving functionality while preserving its original character and architectural integrity. A key enhancement was the creation of new roof access from the second floor, seamlessly integrated into the existing structure.
As part of the internal refurbishment, a new steel staircase was installed and enclosed with insulated panels for durability and thermal performance. Glazed sections and an access door were incorporated to bring in natural light, delivering practical upgrades while respecting the building’s heritage and visual identity.
